Looking to make a monetary gift donation for a holiday, a birthday or special event?

 

If you would like to honor someone's birthday, wedding or anniversary; to acknowledge a special event for your business; to thank or honor someone special; to make a donation in lieu of Christmas gifts, or for any other reason, fill out the form below to make a donation. You can also mail or drop off a donation to APL. Include the name of the person or animal along with your name and address, and the name and address of the person(s) to be notified of your gift. Be sure to print all information clearly. Donations can be mailed to 1001 Taintor Rd. Springfield, IL 62702. The honoree will be notified by APL, and a notice will appear in APL's next newsletter.

Looking for a thoughtful and fun idea? Instead of gifts for YOU, ask your party guests to bring items from the APL Wish List. You can party away at home or another place of your choice, then come to APL with your friends and family to deliver your gifts to needy dogs and cats.
