Spay/Neuter Appointments

Due to a veterinarian shortage, SURGERY APPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO CATS IN SANGAMON COUNTY at this time.

We will provide updates as soon as we are able.

New appointments open each Tuesday morning at 9am.​​

• Appointments are booked 3 weeks out.

• All cats require an appointment.

• Appointments are limited to 2 cats per household per week.

• Prepayment is required for multiple cat appointments on the same day.

  • We will reach out to you via text message for prepayment.

  • Prepayment is required within 3 days of making the appointment or the appointment will be declined.

  • Prepayments are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 2 business days in advance.

  • Prepayments will be forfeited if you no-show for your appointment.

​Cancellation/no-show policy: If you cannot make it to your appointment, PLEASE let us know at least 2 business days in advance so that we can fill your appointment with another needy cat. Prepayments will be required for all clients with prior no-show appointments. Depending on appointment availability, we may not be able to rebook no-show appointments.

NOTE: The clinic will be closed on May 14th, June 2nd-6th, June 16th-20th. The appointment calendar will not open on June 3rd or June 17th.
